Happy Monday!

Writing to you from beautiful Miami, Florida. Apologies for missing last week’s email as I’ve been on the road for the past week in lovely Montana.

For somebody who essentially lives on a plane, its always been on the bucketlist to spend the summer out west hiking, swimming and taking in the scenery. Every year another excuse pops up and it took my little brother getting married to finally check it off.

I could write 5000 words on how incredible the week in Montana was but at the end of the day I’m just so incredibly proud of my brother and Sheridan, the incredible lady he decided to marry. It’s awesome having a new sister in the family and I’m wishing them a lifetime of happiness and hopefully bringing me a nephew or niece one day!

New Year’s Resolutions Coming True

Speaking of being proud, I’m really happy that I’m sticking to a lot of the resolutions I made in January of this year.

I swore that every week I would invest every single extra dollar that I had that was not completely necessary in my bank account into other vehicles that made me more money. Even if it was as simple as putting it into an Amex High Yield account with like 4.25% interest (yes they should be paying me for the plug), every dollar adds up!

I’ve covered this a few times already this year so I won’t get into the weeds but yesterday morning was a huge life moment for me as I purchased my first piece of land in Alabama. This isn’t just any piece of land, this is a five-acre lot in Bay Minette, Alabama.

For those asking what the hell is Bay Minette, Alabama? You’re not alone!

One of my best friends, Bart Freibert, quit his full time job at this crazy biohacking facility that got me looking good for the wedding and went 100% into becoming an entrepreneur. Not just an ordinary entrepreneur might I add, one who flips land for some incredible paydays.

So here’s how it works. Bart scouts the USA for cities with up and coming real state and employment opportunities. He found that this city of Bay Minette is currently building an aluminum factory that is bringing 1000’s of jobs to the city. When these jobs come people are going to need a place to live!

Bart then does everything in his power (cold calls, postcards, LinkedIn dms, etc) to reach out to these people and offer them fair deals that are well below market value but are easy transactions for these owners. Sometimes he catches them at the right time and most of the time people shout “F OFF” and hang up. But 1% of the time is good enough and should land all the investors with at least a 100% return in less than a few months.

It’s honestly astonishing once you save up a little bit of money, there are so many ways to make your next dollar. The hardest part is just saving that first $100,000.

Onwards & Upwards

This week is filled with some absolute madness.

This Wednesday we are launching our inaugural Tulum Founders Club: Mind, Body, Business retreat to the public.

The team has been working behind the scenes for months to create the biggest event we've ever done. Outside of that I’m finally signing the lease on my pilates studio & heading up to NYC Friday and Saturday to see my favorite band in the world, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, play two nights of three hour sets. I travel the world for music and will die happily doing so.
